**ABOUT US**

Unzer is a fast-growing, innovative, and modular platform for international payment transactions. Over 800 of our payment experts and tech enthusiasts throughout Europe today work on helping retailers achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic market. We provide them with the modules, which are easy to integrate and cover the entire spectrum of payment management: from the processing of various payment types, through automated analytics of customer behaviour and requirements, all the way up to integrative risk management.

**WHAT WIL YOU DO**:

- You will process confidential correspondence like letters from lawyers, letters of insolvency and police inquiries
- Identify and analyze new fraud patterns and report your findings to the risk management while closely working together
- Elaboration of countermeasures that tackle the detected fraud schemes in cooperation with the Risk Management
- Elaborate improvements for the risk management software
- Play a driving role in the development of projects and initiatives within the process improvement
- Establish yourself as a contact for dealer or customer complaints

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You are currently studying with a focus on Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or Law
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- You do not hesitate to proactively approach open tasks
- You are a team player that can also function while working on his own
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

**Nice to have**:

- First experience in fraud prevention and protecting customers from fraud
- Background/experiences in the Payment/Banking industry
