**About the job**

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Developing strategies to enter new customer projects, understanding key user and stakeholder needs as well as technology available on the market.
- Ensuring the assessment of operational scenarios at each customer location, understanding current business opportunities and appropriate products, solutions, and services within the RHIM portfolio.
- Defining global functional products, solutions, and services business in terms of strategy, pricing and offering.
- Managing and evaluating our NFM patent portfolio, and defining the strategies to protect and secure products, systems, and solutions through close collaboration with the IP department.
- Ensuring the communication of the annual budget for sales, equipment, system and service requirements, personnel, and expenses, aiming at the consolidation of strategic goals and direction to achieve results.
- Operating in a flexible and available manner to serve customers within their deadlines and operation models, to ensure compliance with signed contracts.
- Disseminating the organizational vision and objectives to align and engage professionals within the company's programs.

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You have experience in and confidence with presenting to different audiences and you are not afraid of asking critical questions and challenging your stakeholders. You have a strong focus on implementation and results. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- A master’s degree (Chemical, Process & Materials Engineering)
- 1-3 years’ experience in managing solutions and process technology
- Experience in Marketing & Sales
- Advanced Project, Product, and Innovation Management skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Intermediate SAP skills
- An innovative and cross functional approach
- Willingness to travel (30-50%)

**Languages**

English - Advanced

German - Intermediate

**Work Experience**

Extensive knowledge of the refractory industry

The potential annual gross salary for this position starts at € 80.000,00 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
