**Job Description**:
The **(Senior) Customer Research Manager (all genders) **takes care of the entire research process for different topics, stakeholders of all levels and all countries. This includes the organization, planning, creation, execution, analysis, and interpretation of customer research projects, as well as the presentation of results and the derivation of recommendations.

**Your tasks**:

- End-to-End conception, coordination, and implementation of international customer research projects
- Creation of qualitative and quantitative questionnaires incl. programming in the survey tool
- Execution of qualitative interviews/ focus groups and analysis of the results
- Consolidation and (statistical) analysis of heterogeneous data sources to derive customer-centric recommendations for action
- Preparation and presentation of results to stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Degree (Master) in psychology or business administration with a focus on market research
- Profound professional experience in the field of quantitative & qualitative customer research, CX management or related fields
- Previous experience with common survey tools e.g. Qualtrics, quantilope, survey monkey, etc.
- Very good English (and ideally German) language skills, both written and spoken - further European languages are an advantage
- SQL knowledge and experience is a strong plus
