As a Working Student, you will participate in each phase of our Customer Research & CX Insights projects. You will collaborate with our team to transform customer feedback into actionable insights that inform customer-centric business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Consolidating and analyzing diverse data sources**:

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in psychology, business administration, or a related discipline with a focus on market research.
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in quantitative and qualitative market research methods and descriptive statistics.
- Familiarity with surveying tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and the Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
- Previous work experience or project-related experience in customer research is beneficial.
