**Working Student Open Innovation (f/m/d)**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Design and execute Idea-Challenge (internally and externally)
- Management and further development of our internal Open Innovation community
- Drive realizations of ideas as pilots and experiments
- Design and moderate workshops
- Research - interviews, surveys, desk research and much more
- Full or part-time possible ( 25 - 38,5 hours / week)

**Your qualification**:

- (First) experience with: Service Design / Design Thinking / Innovationsmanagement and

Co-Creation
- Eagerness and passion to learning new methodologies, ways of working or technologies
- Strong German and English skills
