The **Customer Research Analyst** Intern** is involved in the entire process of coordination and implementation of the customer research process. Having a special focus on the definition of the right samples (sizes) and the detailed analysis of the obtained data, as well as the merging of it with our transactional data.

The internship will ideally last 6 months, however, we are open to receiving interns for a shorter time frame.
- Supporting End-to-End coordination of the process (definition and acquisition of requirements, organizing the survey, stakeholder management, and data analysis)
- Supporting the definition of statistically appropriate samples and elaboration of guidelines and surveys
- Being involved in field management, evaluation, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative results
- Preparation and presentation of results to stakeholders
- Coordination of internal stakeholders (e.g. legal department for approval of surveys and incentives)

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social sciences, or business studies with a focus on market research.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of common analysis platforms and survey tools, e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Qualtrics, Quantilope, Survey Monkey
- Knowledge of quantitative market research methods and descriptive statistics as well as SQL knowledge
- Very good English knowledge, German and other European languages are an advantage
