The Head of Service Business Operations is accountable for Service Business Operations in direct markets, including reaching Service Sales and Service EBITDA targets. This role is responsible for establishing the overall strategic direction in alignment with GSE Service Strategy and Regional Strategy and has significant impact on meeting financial and business expectations of the global and regional Service organizations.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement Service Operations strategy and be accountable for reaching budgeted sales growths and for improving contribution margin of managed Service Products (Servicing of multi-year agreements, Transactional Field Service)
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Service Business Operations in direct markets
- Full operational responsibility and accountable for Operations Cash Flow (OCF)
- Establish processes that meet customer needs in terms of responsiveness, quality and cost and support them with corresponding systems (ERP, CRM, MyPlant)
- Implement integrated IT System landscape and actively promote use of (Digital) tools
- Develop and strengthen service culture
- Participate in M&A projects in engine services business and leadership in corresponding post-merger integration for business operations including KPI systems, Digital and IT (PMI)
- Facilitate and drive cross-regional cooperation and to all GSE interface functions
- Drive and monitor initiatives to improve customer satisfaction within the Global Service Business organization
**Your Profile**:

- Technical degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar), in addition ideally business degree/MBA
- Significant years of management experience in an internationally operating company in relevant industry (Combustion Engines, Power Generation or Oil & Gas segment)
- Profound years of experience in management roles in the field of Service Business operations and/or Customer Service Management
- Excellent technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including excellent IT skills (in particular regarding ERP-Systems like Oracle and MyPlant)
- Strong strategy development and hands-on operational implementation approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel if needed
- Strong change agent and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.878,41 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
