**Your role**
- Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching and leadership.
- You act as software engineer, continuously building upon and improving the Dynatrace customer experience with main focus on Licensing.
- Collaborating with Directors, Product Owners, Product Managers, Lead Product Engineers, Customer Success Managers as well as Agile Coaches so you as a team reach your goals.
- Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork.
- Discovering training needs, motivating, and supporting team members to grow.

**Qualifications**:

- **Empathetic** and **sympathetic person** with **passion for mentoring, coaching and transferring knowledge.**:

- **Experienced software engineer **with solid understanding of the agile Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps/NoOps, REST, microservices, relational databases and CI/CD
- **
Communicative personality **with clear goals and end-to-end thinking who is passionate about developer enablement
- Hands-on team player with **excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.**

In the Post-Covid 19 reality, there will be the option to choose between a hybrid (mix of Remote Work and at the Office Work) or full onsite (at the office) working model.
