**Pricing Lead Eastern Europe (temporary contract) - Your future role?**
As Pricing Lead EE you permanently align with the Europe Head of Pricing on Strategy, Processes, Dataflow, and Systems Design, Policies, Methodologies, and HR initiatives. You are a member of business groups working on tender & core list proposals and actively participate in the negotiation where necessary. In this role, you will be based in Vienna and will report directly to the Regional Head of Pricing T&W Europe.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Target Agreement**: With regard to Europe’s KPIs you will define, monitor and drive achievements. You align target margin approach to regional needs considering global standards and own the price increase process inside the sales region. Last but not least you represent the Sales Region’s requirements in regional Pricing projects.
- ** Business Partnering**: You will interact closely with sales, procurement and other business stakeholdersto understand risksand opportunities. Additionally you ensure proper Pricing Performance Monitoring together with Business Partners and Controlling.
- ** Price Setting and Maintenance**: You will manage ongoing pricing activities and compute prices, cost targets and margins of flavours products. You will maintain pricelists and oversee the price monitoring process.
- ** People Management**: You manage and develop people effectively and support actionable pricing knowledge development of the Sales Teams.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University Degree in Business, Finance or relevant area - MBA or advanced degree preferable
- 4+ years of combined experience in BTB pricing or finance; additional experience in sales, technical or related functions, ideally in the F&F industry is a plus
- Mandatory working experience in cross-cultural / international environment
- Successful track record of managing small teams and of effectively communicating at all levels
- Strong market knowledge (customers, segments, market practices)
- Strong process and project management skills
- Business fluent in English; any additional (regional) language skill is an asset
- Very strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proven ability to deal with complex IT systems
- SAP-BI experience
