The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Human Resources Coordinator**

**Exciting projects include**:

- Interaction as a competent contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen in all Human Resources matters
- Coordination and implementation of human resources administration
- Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
- Administrative recording, preparation and follow-up, control and preparation of all training-relevant topics
- Processing of all entry and exit formalities
Creation of newsletters and lists
- Planning and implementation of all internal events

**Helpful experience and know-how**:

- An apprenticeship in the hotel industry, in human resources or completion of a corresponding course of study
- First professional experience in HR
- A warm, friendly and open-minded personality
- An absolute eye for detail and precision
- A high level of organizational skills, initiative and absolute discretion
- A very secure handling of all common computer systems (MS Office and Outlook)
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language, additional foreign languages are advantageous
