As the Group Compliance Manager, you will establish, monitor, and improve the Borealis Compliance Management System, including Data Protection. You will ensure operations align with Borealis Values and Ethics Policy, assess and mitigate risks, and advise senior management and employees on compliance and ethics issues.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the Borealis Compliance Management System covering areas like Insider Trading, Competition Law, Anti-Corruption, and Data Protection.
- Ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.
- Support KPI achievement and improve compliance documentation.
- Follow legal developments and prepare reports for the Executive Board.
- Implement compliance and ethics training programs.
- Ensure third-party risk assessment procedures.
- Develop the Compliance Officers & Ethics Ambassadors' network.
- Lead investigations of non-compliant activities.

**About you**

**YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Law degree from a reputable law school.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in an international company or law firm.
- Experience with Austrian capital markets law and compliance management systems.
- Proven ability to lead and coach others effectively, positively influencing teams and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Thrive in cross-functional and international teams, building strong interpersonal relationships with a variety of roles.
