- Lead the accounting team in the accurate and timely execution of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Austrian accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other relevant financial documents, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Austrian tax laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and implementing necessary adjustments to financial processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, coordinating the annual audit process and addressing any audit findings.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounting leadership role with a strong record in Financial Accounting and strategic planning.
- Strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UGB and experience in financial consolidation. In-depth knowledge of Austrian taxation is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to extract valuable insights from complex financial data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
