As a strong part of our amazing Customer Happiness Team, you will act as an ambassador of our company and products, ensuring our millions of users are happy, engaged, and feel supported on their fitness journey.

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Providing accurate and individual support in written responses to our users by using the right tools and/or methods
- Helping our users with their inquiries about our online and mobile services
- Evaluating customer satisfaction through direct feedback from our users
- Addressing and forwarding users’ questions to the respective stakeholders
- Working with external stakeholders from adidas in topics such as adidas Runners and Creators Clubs
- Collaborating with our Product, CRM, Communication, and Engineering teams by reporting technical issues and customer feedback

**What makes you the right match**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer support work
- Enthusiasm for the digital world, new technologies, as well as for health and fitness
- Passion for people and delivering high-quality customer care
- Very good PC skills, familiarity with _GSuite_, and ideally fundamental knowledge of_ iOS_ and _Android_ devices
- Native speaker proficiency in English; excellent German skills are a plus
- Excellent communications skills (written as well as spoken)
- Autonomous and independent working style
- Strong self-organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize your workload while always keeping a pleasant tone with the users
- Vaild work permit for Austria

**Salary information**:
And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 30.100 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
