Salesforce Business Solution Architect

Attention all Salesforce Business Solution Architects Are you ready for your next challenge? Join our team and work on an exciting project with a manufacturing client. We're seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical direction leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations and work closely with clients to design and communicate a solution.
You will be a trusted adviser to our team and clients and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will work with a cross-functional distributed team and lead professional relationships with our key business and technology stakeholders.
We use Agile methodologies and deliver innovative solutions based on industry and technology best practices. We deliver Salesforce solutions for retail, media, healthcare, finance, information services, and other industries.
You will need a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and the ability to communicate solution and solution decisions to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your vision built into successful solutions.
Be part of a talented team, utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud to customize advertising materials and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with Azure Integration, CI/CD, and DevOps teams to create innovative solutions, and showcase your strong language skills, providing consultations in both German and English.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients’ need
- Develop technical documentation for Salesforce projects
- Provide support and training for Salesforce platform users
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Strong experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce platform development
- Nice to have experience in Salesforce Analytics Cloud
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
- Fluency in English is also needed
