**About the Position**:
As a **Business Development Manager - Education**, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling training, skilling, and upskilling programs tailored to the needs of the manufacturing sector. You will lead the development and management of a marketplace for educational programs, foster collaborations with training providers, and contribute to European projects focusing on industry education and skills development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development and Scaling**:
- Design, launch, and scale training, skilling, and upskilling programs for manufacturing employees.
- Ensure programs align with industry trends and address evolving skills needs in manufacturing.
- **Marketplace Management**:
- Develop and manage an educational marketplace offering diverse training options for the manufacturing workforce.
- Curate and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of high-quality training programs.
- **Provider Collaboration**:
- Identify and onboard training and education providers, building joint value propositions.
- Establish partnerships and collaborate on projects that enhance the quality and reach of educational offerings.
- **European Projects**:
- Contribute to the preparation and management of European projects focused on education and skills development in the manufacturing sector.
- Engage with stakeholders to align projects with funding opportunities and strategic objectives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Collaborate with industry leaders, educational institutions, and policy-makers to foster partnerships and promote the adoption of training initiatives.
- Represent EIT Manufacturing in discussions and initiatives on workforce development and industry education.
