The digital layer opens doors to a whole new world of possibilities. It consists of the Artivive App, our visualization component, and the Bridge by Artivive, the creational part.

**Job Description**:
This role offers an opportunity to work with the whole team, get insights into a young, fast-growing startup, and take over responsibility from day one. Responsibilities include:

- Looking after the **well-being of your colleagues**, **new employees** and **guests**. A close exchange with the IT, Marketing, Sales and Product departments is also part of your tasks to ensure the well-being of the team in the office
- You will help **organize** exciting **team events** and **exhibitions** and bring up your own ideas
- ** Tidiness** is important to you and you strive to keep the office clean and tidy. You regularly take care of the restock for coffee, drinks and office supplies
- You bring **good vibes** to the team with your outgoing and friendly personality

**Qualifications**:

- You are a proactive person with excellent organizational skills, structured and reliable
- Polished and professional interpersonal communication
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to pick things up, love to learn and most of all a great team player
- Fluent in **both** **English** and **German**
- ** You are an EU-citizen or possess an unrestricted work permit for Austria**
- Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months, starting September / October
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus
