**Your Opportunity**

At woom, we’re not just making bikes—we’re creating a world where kids can explore, grow, and have fun To keep our wheels spinning and our projects on track, we’re looking for a **Head of Project Management Office** to lead the charge in a high-impact project landscape spanning from new product development to IT, who is not only an excellent Project Manager, but also the passionate leader our great team deserves.

**Your Mission**
- Design, implement, and maintain governance processes to ensure all projects in the portfolio run like a finely tuned bike.
- Take ownership of projects, from creating plans to managing external partners and leading steering committee meetings.
- Lead and motivate your team of project managers using modern, **people-centered leadership principles** aligned with our core values**:JOY, COURAGE,** and **RESPONSIBILITY**.
- Standardize and further develop project methods, tools, and documentation to harmonize efforts across the company.
- Maintain a project roadmap that prioritizes initiatives driving the greatest impact.
- Proactively manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

**Your Skills**
- A proven track record in project management, particularly in product development.
- **Extensive experience and a passion for leading, empowering and inspiring teams.**:

- Hands-on expertise in modern project management methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills to align teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in German and English—our work life is bilingual.
- An ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite several days per week.

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
