To strengthen our motivated **Group Sustainability & Safety**team at our headquarters in **Vienna**, we are looking for a **Sustainable Sourcing Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Your Role**:

- You act as a key user of the KPI tools supporting responsible sourcing operations, ensuring that all business units are meeting compliance and sustainability standards
- You support the Head of Group Responsible Sourcing in implementing the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and other global compliance initiatives
- You monitor global supply chain risk, identifying and mitigating potential issues across different regions
- You develop KPIs to measure supply chain compliance and sustainability development across all business units, ensuring that MM Group is meeting its sustainability goals
- You collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment on responsible sourcing policies and practices, promoting a culture of sustainability across the organization
- You represent MM in related associations, exhibitions and other events, helping to position the company as a leader in responsible sourcing and sustainability

**Your Profile**:

- You have a university degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability Management, International Business or a related field
- You have already gained 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the forestry, paper or packaging industry or a similar production environment
- You are able to work independently within a globally distributed international team
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to build, asses and optimize complex processes
- You offer excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at **€ 50,000 gross all-in**is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
