Aufgabenbereich
- Bearbeitung von ein
- und ausgehenden Zahlungsreklamationen
- Identifizierung von verdächtigen Transaktionen/Verhaltensmuster im Zahlungsverkehr
- Bearbeitung und Analyse von und zu einlangenden Betrugsfällen
- Kundenkommunikation zu Anfragen schriftlich als auch über Telefon
- Aufbereitung und Enderledigung zu Beschwerden (Kunden/Behörden usw)
- Vorbereitung von Geldwäsche Verdachtsmeldungen

Profil
- abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (HAK/HAS und AHS)
- einwandfreies sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen und gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- idealerweise Vorkenntnisse zu Zahlungsverkehrsprozessen
- wichtigste Eigenschaften: flexibel, motiviert und belastbar
- gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- kundenfreundlich/serviceorientiert im Umgang mit KundInnen
- hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- rasche Auffassungsgabe und verantwortungsbewusst
