As a Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for complex questions around sports betting together in a team of highly skilled Mathematicians.

Reporting to Quantitative Analysis Manager, you will be part of our Product team who are responsible for improving the performance of our mathematical models, which are used in products dealing with hundreds of millions of pounds, and thereby directly influence the company results.

**What you will do**
- Build, implement and maintain mathematical and probability models for sports betting and Customer Management based on sound mathematical principles.
- Follow a data-driven approach by collecting information from databases and bookmakers.
- Demonstrate technical skills and abilities with technologies used when implementing your models.
- Work with Pricing Analysts, key stakeholders, and product managers to understand requirements for trading and risk management tools.
- Continually monitor the market to assess competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats and learnings that can be applied to the business.

**Qualifications**
- Ideally, you’ve already worked with quantitative finance modelling or a similar role within the gaming industry or exposure to a trading department where modelling / quant data research has been practiced.
- A highly organised and structured approach to work.
- Keen on challenges that require you to head into the unknown in search of a novel solution, and you have the drive to deliver it in full detail.
- Experience in Python or R. Furthermore, proficiency in a compiled language (e.g., F#, C#, Java, etc.) with a focus on writing robust, efficient code following strong software engineering practices is an advantage.
