With your ambition, passion and expertise, you will manage our Rooftop Bar on the highest level:
**Bar Manager - Atmosphere Rooftop Bar**

**Atmosphere Rooftop Bar**
- Annually changing concept during the Summer
- Christmas market during the Winter

**Your tasks include**:

- Coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth workflows
- Checking the beverage inventory
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Creating shift, weekly and vacation schedules for staff
- Induction, management and training of employees
- Creating and editing the drinks menu with the help of the Beverage Manager
- Acting as host, providing customer service and advice on beverage selection
- Developing new concepts and implementing innovative ideas
- Co-operation and co-ordination with suppliers and partners
- Upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Implementation of internal company procedures and processes
- Basic understanding of financial reports
- Development of new projects and overview of bar maintenance
- Full understanding of The Ritz-Carlton corporate culture

**Your qualifications**:

- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of beverage science
- Knowledge of the legal hygiene and health regulations relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages
- Good knowledge of accounting, personnel management and business administration
- Customer service orientation
- Organized and structured way of working
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of inventory and stock control
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale catering/hotel industry
- Passionate host
- Outstanding commitment, high commitment and resilience in peak times
- Reliability, excellent leadership qualities and organizational talent
- Expertise in the bar and F&B area
- positive demeanor and out-of-the-box thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
