Legal Counsel with Focus On Employment Law

You will work closely with the Head of Group HR and the central and international HR Teams to provide labor law advice and support for special projects. **YOUR ROLE**:

- You are the right hand of our Head of Group HR and advise in particular on employment law topics e.g. in connection with M&A projects or union and workers council negotiations
- You set employment law related standards primarily for MM headquarters e.g. for international assignments
- You design employment and management contracts for the senior leaders in our headquarters and draft policies as well as guidelines in alignment with local experts or law firms
- You contribute to a diverse set of projects in an international environment
- You support in the preparation of presentations for specific projects and occasions
- You proactively identify areas for improvement (in the area of labor law, but also beyond) and think outside the box
- You are willing to step in wherever needed and become a valuable member of the team

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed law studies with focus on employement law, preferably Austrian and/or German
- 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a law or consultancy firm or in the Legal/HR department of an international corporation
- Strong understanding and proven success in dealing with various employment relation issues
- Building and maintaining trusted and effective relationships successfully
- Thinking quickly, taking initiative, working to multiple deadlines and occasionally also under pressure
- Being a good communicator and negotiator in German as well as English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual salary starting at € 70,000 gross all-in is offered according to specific qualifications and adequate professional experience.
