- Treibe Innovationen mit Customer Relations-Bezug voran und bringe neue Ideen ein
- Screene den Markt und habe die Übersicht über die neuesten Entwicklungen in der Branche
- Sei der Owner für laufende servicebezogene Initiativen und manage kleine Projekte
- Tritt Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen gegenüber und agiere als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen - insbes. Channel Processes und IT
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position?
- Du hast bereits Serviceerfahrung und bringst sehr gute Präsentations
- und Analysefähigkeiten mit?
- Du bist IT- und Technologie-affin und denkst End-To-End und bist umsetzungsstark?
