Our Group Information Management team is looking for a passionate **Innovation Manager (M/F/d)** for our headquarters in Vienna.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You monitor and identify current trends, market developments and technologies to analyse their relevance for our MM Group
- You will ensure the realisation of ideas and design innovation projects from the requirements to the implementation
- You communicate with internal colleagues from various departments (HR, finance, purchasing, etc.) to identify pain points and potentials
- As an expert, you advise and coach our colleagues on innovation issues and promote the culture of innovation within the MM Group
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and support the creative process with appropriate measures

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a completed business degree, ideally with a focus on industrial engineering
- You already have gained several years of professional experience in the field of innovation
- You are interested in new technologies, take initiative and work independently
- As an innovation driver, you are well networked and see yourself as a team player
- You are a solution-oriented, creative thinker with a strong sense of responsibility
- As a communication talent, you have a good command of written and spoken English (C-level), German is an advantage
