The Institute of Pharmacy was established in 2017 and comprises the following departments: Pharmaceutical Biology and Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical and Medical Chemistry as well as the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics. Apart from various research projects, the institute also covers the majority of the teachings at the Department of Pharmacy. The aim is to train competent pharmacists who are well-prepared for market requirements, pharmaceutical practice, and research. What sets us apart from other universities is our modern and innovative curriculum, a strong focus on practical experience, and inter-professional learning (medicine and nursing science).

We are looking for a
**Visiting professor for Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics - TEACHING FELLOWSHIP (F/M/D)**
Full-time (40h/week) or part-time (minimum 20h/week)

Limited to one year

Starting time: as soon as possible

**Your tasks**:

- Supporting the teaching responsibilities for the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics
- Helping the institute with establishing the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Pharmaceutical Studies
- Habilitation (postdoctoral qualification) in pharmaceutical technology and biopharmaceutics (either already obtained or in the process of obtaining) or similar qualifications
- Proof of educational skills and didactic competence
- English skills (C1 or higher)
- Desirable: German skills
- Experience in the acquisition of external funds and internationally acknowledged research activity is a plus

We offer a gross monthly salary of at least € 5,437.70 (for the full-time position, 14x p.a.) with the option of overpayment depending on qualification and job experience.
