**The Impact You’ll Make**:
Technical and operational leadership of the process technology team including advancement of the process technology roadmap, helping define hardware requirements to meet the technology roadmap, cost of ownership calculations, developing a response to a competitiveness scorecard.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Technical and operational management of the technology team in Salzburg and Berlin, along with close alignment and support with the field technology team.
- Leading the development of differentiated electrochemical and wet processing such as clean, strip, develop and etching processes for panel and substrate technologies;
- Planning and execution of complex scientific and technical experiments;
- Evaluation, documentation and presentation of results;
- Literature research of existing processes and products;
- Writing of technical reports and presentations.
- Customer Engagements for technology
- Traveling for regular customer visits to cover issues, show our roadmaps and help manage escalations.
- Ownership of demos for our customers in our labs.
- Manage all lab activities including tool availability, metrology, chemical and waste management.
- Management of engineers running demos.
- Public technology leadership for the technology team
- Attending and presenting at trade shows
- Publishing in academic and industry papers
- Coordinating experiments with universities

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Completed university studies (master's degree or diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or similar;
- At least 8-10 years of related experience;
- Several years of leadership experience and proven ability to work in a team;
- Business fluent English language skills;
- High customer orientation;
- Strong technical interest and solution affinity;
- Good communication skills and intercultural competence.
