Your location is preferably Vienna, but it could also be in one of our CEE affiliates.

Your Tasks

Evaluate price and reimbursement requirements as well as market access hurdles in the target countries, considering the respective product specifications, define the most optimal local strategies and adjust them based on changes in regulations and market environment
Anticipate price changes not only in CEE countries but as well in Western European countries, estimate the effects on CEE, derive strategic recommendations and develop pricing strategies
Act as leader for launch planning and execution based on legal and market insights, support the countries in drawing up the best launch strategies (e.g., sequence of launches, pricing discussions and strategies)
Support the negotiation of risk sharing agreements with sick funds
Participate in cross-functional activities, such as business case preparations, budgeting processes, clinical evidence generation strategies, market research studies
Tactical consulting of countries and exchange of experiences (based on international communication exchange between the local ministries)
Main point of contact for local service providers/ consultants (e.g., support and check the localization of global value dossier and evaluate the different options of the pricing process)
Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business/ (Health) Economics, Biological Sciences, Medicine with Health Economics specialization or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
min. 12-15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical experience (biologic drug, orphan disease or specialty pharmacy) in Market Access and launch of respiratory or special care products, including pharmaceutical marketing, national accounts, payer marketing, trade & distribution, field reimbursement and product launch experience or other relevant
Basic knowledge of one or more CEE health care systems with a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and ability to identify market trends that impact business goals
Experience in payer, reimbursement, pricing, contracting, strategy, diagnostic coverage and reimbursement and execution
Proven strong understanding of 3rd party payers (commercial/ government payers), distribution and trade, physician networks, healthcare systems, and public policies
