**Your Profile**:
- Detailed real estate asset management knowledge
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Technical, commercial and legal understanding
- Very good German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, structured and service-oriented
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Management and monitoring of the office & retail portfolio
- First point of contact for tenants, property management and suppliers
- Proposal and implementation of measures to increase the value of the assets
- Support with the development and implementation of new concepts in the organization
- Support with the implementation of strategic measures in the organization
- Annual budgeting and periodical reporting
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.600 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
