**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaboration in the business development of the “ICE & Hybrid Propulsion Test Systems” business unit with a strong focus on strategy development, implementation and communication
- Independent creation of analyses, presentations and documents that serve as a basis for decision-making
- Independent design of projects in various areas and support in their implementation (markets, customers, competitors, costs...)
- Ongoing updating and interpretation of business information and provision of country-specific information on competition and market potential at a cross-system and cross-product level
- Active support and further development of the eCommerce platform (online sales) for the BU product portfolio
- Communication interface to the business units, other business units, executive departments and the responsible persons in the affiliated companies
- Representation of the business unit in projects and initiatives
- Organization of events and workshops within the business unit and with the global affiliate organization
- Standardization of business processes within the business unit

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed technical studies (University of Applied Sciences, TU) with a business background
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in product management
- Strong initiative and solution-oriented action, paired with great task awareness
- Strong communication and social skills as well as a high level of commitment
- Results-oriented way of working with a clear focus on implementation
- Experienced with all common MS Office programs and presentation techniques
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken)

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
