**#yourmission**:

- You are the interface between the customer and the KNAPP project team on site
- You lead a team of up to 40 technicians in our customer projects
- You maintain a clear overview of deadlines, costs, and quality in your project
- You are responsible for tracking your team’s progress and continuously reporting to your supervisor and project management
- You understand KNAPP’s high quality standards and ensure they are upheld

**#youareknapp**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in implementing and/or commissioning automated systems
- You have solid knowledge of project management and the tools used for it
- Basic leadership experience will help you succeed in this role
- You have excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- You are a reliable person and able to work under pressure
- You see mistakes as opportunities to learn and are open to feedback
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- You are willing to travel internationally (~50%)
