**Resident Maintenance Implementation Manager (m/w/d) - BU Custimer Service**

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Sitting within the Business Unit Customer Services, the RM Implementation Manager is part of the Global Resident Maintenance team that is responsible for the transition of an RM site from Design to Operation.

**Your tasks**
- Responsible for the transition of an RM site from Design to Operation
- Audit of RM sites globally, assisting RM sites to achieve the required level as set by the BU
- Support the development of improvements in process and strategy for global RM
- Support automation design review to meet design for maintenance, ensure full compliance with Schaefer Maintenance Philosophy (SMP)
- Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally
- Work with other areas of SSI in support of delivering the RM Contract
- Support the new RM Engineering Managers to fulfill their role according to SMP

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as well as proven project management skills
- Maintenance knowledge and experience
- Innovative and forward thinking
- Methodical and attention to detail
- Customer facing and target driven
- Excellent language skills (especially German, English)
- Ability to work with different project teams

**Mindestgehalt Brutto von EUR ab € 2.800,00/Monat**
