Einer unserer Kunden ist ein internationaler Spezialist für Kleinteile-, Paletten
- und Hängefördertechnik sowie für hochdynamische Kommissioniersysteme. Er baut auf eine starke Unternehmenskultur und fördert aus Überzeugung die Weiterentwicklung seiner Mitarbeiter (m/w/d). Zur Verstärkung seines Teams wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für folgenden Aufgabenbereich gesucht:
**Resident Maintenance Contract Manager (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Sitting within the Business Unit Customer Service the RM Contracts Manager is part of the Global Resident Maintenance team that supports our Regions across the globe with contract discussions and negotiations.

Your tasks:

- Consider and understand implications of negotiated position (team performance implication)
- Understanding of maintenance activities for complicated machinery (preferably automation)
Work with legal teams internal and external
- Negotiate with customers to agree a contractual position acceptable to both parties
- Consider commercial implications to contract changes
- Responsible for cost model alignment throughout contract discussions
- Collate and form contract documents, working with SMP contract standard
- Lead customer contract discussions
- Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally
- Work with local SSI service teams in support of contract discussions and negotiations

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Completed university degree or comparable education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience and Contract knowledge (RM, Technical Sales,...)
- Commercial acumen as well as proven negotiations skills
- Innovative and forward thinking
- Methodical and attention to detail
- Target driven
- Language skills (especially German, English)
- Ability to work with different project teams and legal - Internal / external
- Maintenance knowledge and experience

**Mindestgehalt Brutto von EUR ab € 3.200,00/Monat**
