As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Fisker in Vienna, Austria, you will be at the forefront of introducing our innovative products to new customers. Your role is pivotal in shaping the initial customer experience, ensuring that from the moment they engage with Fisker products to the point of seamless integration, they feel supported, informed, and excited about our products.

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and tailoring the onboarding experience to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing personalized guidance to ensure a smooth transition from signup to product use.
- Product Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and features to customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience aligned with customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the onboarding process, working closely with technical teams to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-
- Previous experience in customer facing role, or experience in the automotive industry is preferred.-
- Passion for and knowledge of automotive technology and trends.-
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.-
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.-
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive software/tools is a plus.- #LI-CT1
