**Senior Business Analyst for Customer Onboarding (f/m/x)**:

- The Minerva team is responsible for delivery and operating a customer onboarding and lifecycle management solution. Our goal is to automate the end2end customer onboarding and review process, serving our customers’ and RBI needs.#full-time

**Your mission at RBI**:

- Creation of value-adding and meaningful documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders
- Support Product Owner in epic and user story creation and in structuring, breaking down the backlog and decision-making
- Requirements engineering and business analysis in adaptive/agile organization
- Define user story acceptance criteria
- Support agile teams during sprints
- Support system integration and user acceptance tests

***Your core competencies**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and / or User Experience Design
- Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
- Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria

***Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of KYC processes (in an corporate environment)
