**_Senior Business Analyst for Cash Management / Payments and Value Added Services (f/m/x) _**:

We understand the wishes and needs of our customers in a challenging environment.- Our product stream “Cash Management / PVAS - Payments & Value Added Services” is the “heart of banking operations” providing state-of-the-art Cash Management solutions and delivering superior customer experience. “PVAS” consists of 35 highly skilled and enthusiastic colleagues from Business and IT and works closely together with several international vendors and stakeholders.-
***_Your mission at RBI:

- _Acquire in-depth understanding of the existing payment landscape and create comprehensive requirements _
- _Perform structured system analysis and effort estimations _
- _Understand and analyze the capabilities of vendor solutions and identify gaps to our requirements _
- _Facilitate requirements workshops _
- _Analyze and document business requirements / change requests / business processes, take part in feasibility studies _
- _Closely cooperate with various stakeholders in the Raiffeisen Group _
- _Support development and test teams during implementation _
- _Define and implement methodologies and best practices _
- _Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement _

***_Your core competencies:

- _Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Administration/Economics, or equivalent _
- _Proven experience in business analysis or requirement engineering _
- _In depth knowledge of Payments and Cash Management processes and message formats _
- _Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills _
- _Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, high commitment, and motivation _
- _Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges _
- _Fluent in English to collaborate in an international environment**_Nice to have:

- _Familiarity with agile working environment and software proficiency (Jira & Confluence) _
- _SQL and Scripting skills _
- _German or CEE languages _
