**What does this role look like?
**We are looking for a motivated and talented Senior Business Analyst for a complex Industry Solution (M/F/d) to strengthen our well-established Digital Cards and Mobility Services team in Austria (Vienna, Linz). The focus of the role will be on understanding the clients’ needs, gathering business requirements, and creating process models and specifications that can be used by the development teams to build the required solution.

**What are the essential job functions?**
- Participates in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototyping business solutions.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Supports gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
- Establishes and maintains networking relationships with middle management in client organizations.
- Understands client needs and matches them to relevant services or products; manages client expectations.
- Understands and communicates goals and critical success factors for the project; sells ideas persuasively and paces the communications properly.
- Support during the entire development process from requirements survey, implementation, through to support in the management of our solutions in the area of Digital Cards and Mobility Services.
- Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge required:

- Five or more years of experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment
- Experience working with techniques and approaches for process and entity modeling
