You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the learner's requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

The goal is to help cultivate the students' interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual / audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with team members and parents and participate in regular online meetings
- Plan and execute educational onsite and outdoor activities and events
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English
- Grew up and / or lived in an English-speaking country
- Work permit for Austria
- Willingness to travel in and outside of Vienna at all times
- Owns a car and/or a (yearly) travel card for public transportation
- Experience in private in-home tutoring or on-the-go group lessons
- Experience in teaching young learners (ages 3 to 12), teenagers and / or adults
- Proven experience as a teacher / tutor
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the company's policies and procedures
- Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Knowledge of CPR
- Degree in teaching (TESOL, CELTA or equivalent) with a certificate in education
- Montessori trained or Montessori Diploma holder (to be given preference)
- Experience in teaching Business English and/or preparing students for proficiency or school examinations
