About Us:
**What you will do**:

- Provide courteous and professional support to the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing applicants who would like to register on our clients’ platforms, while maintaining appropriate boundaries and respectful attitude
- Perform video interviews via video calls
- Conduct an assessment of applicants’ documents for compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations
- Analyse applicants’ behaviour for signs of malicious activities
- Share the feedback to the clients

**Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of German Sign Language (Deutsche Gebärdensprache) supported by certification/qualification
- Knowledge of other manual expressive and respective communication models, e.g. International Sign Language or American Sign Language will be a plus
- Thorough knowledge of deafness and deaf culture
- Preferred 1+ year of experience in service the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Community
- Respect for diversity and inclusivity
- Sufficient adaptability and availability to accept a work schedule which is variable depending on clients’ needs
- Advanced German and Upper Intermediate English
