The U.S. Embassy in Vienna is recruiting for a

Procurement Agent (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Procures a variety of goods and services for the three U.S. Missions in Vienna (Tri-Mission)
Acts as official purchase card holder procuring goods and services up to USD 10,000
Is responsible for procurement of subscriptions/publications
Provides administrative support with tasks in databases and purchase systems

**Qualifications and competencies required**:
Fluency in English and German
3 years experience in office administration and/or purchasing
Post-secondary eduction  MS Office skills
Ability to perform technical translations
Negotiating skills
