The U.S. Embassy in Vienna is recruiting for a

Procurement Agent (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent of this position in the General Services Office

procures a variety of goods and services for the three U.S. Missions in Vienna(Tri-Mission),
acts as official purchase card holder procuring goods and services up to

USD 10,000,
is responsible for procurement of subscriptions/publications,
provides administrative support with tasks in databases and purchase systems.

**Qualifications and competencies required**:
**We a looking for a team player with**: Fluency in English and German, 3 years experience in office administration and/or purchasing, Post-secondary eduction, MS Office skills, Abiltiy to perform technical translations. Negotiating skills
