With urbanization and climate change the defining features of our time, mobility is in a significant state of flux, with innovative solutions needed to address this new reality. We believe it is only through a data-driven approach that these solutions can be both sustainable and profitable. With our product and services aimed at supporting shared mobility providers to offer the most optimal service to their end customers, Ubiq plays a vital role in shaping the future of mobility.

To deliver on the requirements of a growing number of existing clients and to work together with various stakeholders within our team to develop our product, we are looking for a Product Lead to join us.

Tasks
- Derive a product strategy from the general company strategy and vision
- Transform the product strategy into actionable items and plan those actionable items, e.g. a product roadmap
- Being the expert on the product, our market and the competition
- Position the product and future products in the context of our ecosystem
- Define what the product should look like in the future
- Develop communication materials for communicating the product and new products
- Strategic product management responsibilities:

- Develop the business case for the product
- Represent Product to clients, potential partners and investors
- Build up the product team based on the development and growth of the company
- Making sure the business and technical requirements are aligned
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholdersDevelop the business case for the product

**Requirements**:
You are an excellent communicator who can balance interests and requirements from different stakeholders. You are a person of action who can inspire others along the way towards a goal. The more skills you can cover from this list, the better:

- Prior work experience as Product Lead (full ownership of product) in a start-up / scale-up company, at least at Series A level
- Track record in successfully launching products or developing existing products
- Strategic Product Management approach
- Knowledge of the energy sector (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a slight plus)
- SaaS background and urban mobility product experience are a plus
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in innovation, the mobility market and shared mobility services and charging market
- Experience in leading a product team
- Austrian/ EU work permit required
