**Your role**:

- Ensuring OMV Group wide OT Cybersecurity compliancy through internal assessments, internal & external OT Cybersecurity audits
- Defining OT Security controls for OT and supervise operational OT activities
- Providing best practices, advice and guidance in all areas of OT Security on demand
- Perform regular internal compliance assessments and coordinate related activities to validate that the regulations and controls of the OSMS are implemented accordingly
- Define the KPIs and unified reporting processes for OT cybersecurity risk & compliance management in alignment with the BUs and ensure that the KPI targets are met by monitoring process performance through unified reporting.
- Maintaining and communicating risk appetite decisions from IT/OT Cybersecurity board
- Ensuring the contribution of OT Security risks to the Enterprise Risk Management and support OT Security risk assessments
- Defining OT cyber risk reporting and documentation requirements in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management

**Your profile**:

- ou have a Master´s degree in fields such as Automation, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, especially in in the field of industrial cyber security and industrial control systems
- You have the proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders
- You have excellent understanding of IT Security, Information Security and OT Security controls incl. data protection requirements
- Excellent understanding of relevant data security regulations relevant to critical infrastructure (NIS)
- Knowledge of internationally recognized IT/OT security standards,
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentations skills
- Excellent German and English skills
