**Responsibilities**:
- Organization and delivery of trainings, presentations at conferences, and webinars
- Active contribution to the innovation process in close collaboration with Product Development and Product Management
- Installation, commissioning, and equipment training at customer sites in Germany and abroad
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- In-depth knowledge of Rheometry, DMA (Dynamic Mechanical Analysis), material characterization, materials testing, and surface analytics
- Experience in testing technology is an advantage
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and an analytical, solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer orientation and confident appearance
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (nationally and internationally)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,600 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
