**Betreuung und Entwicklung von langfristigem Neu
- & Bestandsgeschäft | Region: Oberösterreich, Salzburg**
- Du verantwortest das Wachstum von Neu
- und Bestandskunden durch die Umsetzung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen und Kampagnen, einschließlich Upselling und Cross-Selling.
- Du leitest die Verhandlungen von Kundenverträgen und übernimmst die Rolle des Opportunity-Leads für ICT-Themen.
- Du baust und pflegst ein umfassendes Netzwerk auf Direktoren
- und Geschäftsführerebene auf, sowohl extern als auch intern, und nimmst an relevanten Kundenevents und Konferenzen teil.
- Du analysierst Markttrends im Bereich KI-basierter PBX- und Contact Center und arbeitest mit branchenverantwortlichen Führungskräften sowie anderen Partner:innen zusammen (Produktmanagement, Technik), um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu schaffen.
- Du forderst hohe Qualität von deinem Opportunitymanagement ein, um Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.

**Dein Profil**
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Telekommunikations
- / ICT-Umfeld im Enterprise Segment sowie ausgezeichnete Sales-Skills mit einem hohen Grad an Kunden-/Lösungsorientierung
- Gutes Netzwerk zu Kund:innen, branchenspezifischen Stakeholdern sowie Herstellerfirmen/Lieferanten
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des B2B Marktes im Bereich Communication & Collaboration
- Produkten & Services sowie technisches Verständnis zu Services/Solutions im ICT-Umfeld
- Professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in englischer (B2) & deutscher Sprache (C1-Level)
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit KI-Technologien und -Lösungen (Analysen, Automatisierung, Chatbots, virtuelle Assistenten) und deren Integration in PBX- und Contact Center Systeme

Uns ist es wichtig, dass dein Gehalt deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen entspricht. Dieses kann deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen und startet ab € 80.000 brutto pro Jahr, All-In. Für diese Position stellen wir ein Dienstfahrzeug inklusive Privatnutzung zur Verfügung.
