- Angebotslegung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales-Teams
- Eigenverantwortliche systemtechnische Abwicklung aller eingehenden Aufträge
- Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden
- Abstimmung und Überwachung der Lieferungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik
- Kalkulation, Angebotslegung und Reporting (Excel und SAP)
- Mitarbeit bei Reklamationsbehandlung
- Fakturenlegung

**Fachliche Anforderungen**:

- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HTL o.ä.)
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Auftragssachbearbeitung mit internationalem und / oder technischem Background
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe IT-Affinität
- SAP Anwendererfahrung

- Hohe Service
