This Position reports to:

**Your Role & Responsibilities**

You’re not just looking to manage processes—you want to shape them. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll take charge of the Work Preparation department and ensure our production runs efficiently and future-oriented, supported by clear and practical guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics, and innovate together with your team.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
- You guide and enhance the Work Preparation department, which involves technical documentation
- You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing work plans and instructions
- You ensure process standardization and support the introduction of new products and technologies
- You play a vital role in digital and automation initiatives

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, work planning, and technical documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, MS Office, and planning tools
- Proficiency in Lean Management, continuous improvement (CIP), and process optimization
- Effective leadership skills - you know how to inspire and guide people
- Strategic thinking combined with a practical approach
- Team spirit, initiative, and motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 66.676,26 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience
