**Planning Manager, HMI & Devices**:

You will take over the technical management of our planning team HMI & Devices and ensure a smooth and effective process in the planning and scheduling of production activities. Your tasks will include guiding and supporting the team in order to ensure a high performing department. You will play a key role in planning and implementing optimisation potential in the production planning process and ensure that resources are used efficiently and production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Technical responsibility for the operational production planning of team HMI & Devices
- Conversion of requirements into an executable production plan.
- Availability check of all production-relevant information.
- Dispositive control of (revision) changes
- Ensuring good cooperation with all decision-makers in the production areas
- Prioritisation of planned production orders within the scope of the area of responsibility

**Your background**:

- Completed commercial or technical training
- Several years of professional experience in production planning
- Ideally initial experience in leading teams
- Very good SAP experience & MS Office skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Solution-orientation and hands-on mentality
