We are looking for the Head of Investor Relations, who will enable the two-way communication between the A1 Towers company and the financial community, to achieve a fair valuation of the company. **Your new job** - You are responsible for preparing and further developing the required quarterly and annual capital market reports and taking on all IR agendas. - You support and coordinate intensively the planned A1 Towers Spin-Off and listing of the company at the Vienna Stock Exchange. - You are the first point of contact for the ongoing and proactive exchange with stakeholders in Austria and abroad. You will handle inquiries from analysts, investors, and rating agencies. - You have close cooperation with the internal stakeholders. - You constantly develop the capital market story. - You manage corporate communications activities in terms of a one-voice strategy. - You conceptualize, manage, and reinforce the company's ambitious ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy and set the course with its climate vision to reduce carbon emissions. - Where applicable, you develop concepts on adjacent fields, like EU Taxonomy, sustainable finance, etc. **What you offer** - University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or other numeric or economic field - You have proven experience with the stock market and managing investors relations. - You are experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment for strategy execution. - You are experienced in communication at all levels/areas of the organization. - You possess expertise and professional experience in the ESG area. - You have excellent presentation skills. - Your attitude is positive and solution oriented. - You have a solid capability to think strategically. - Fluent English and German are prerequisite. **What makes you unique** - Drive and the willingness to "move mountains." **What we offer** We build on our expertise with constant learning, offer an open environment for every individual and provide flexible working time and office arrangements.
