Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.

We are seeking a motivated member interested in developing into the investor relations role. In this position you will be responsible of all activities regarding the relationship with investors and other capital market stakeholders as well as help comply with the Austrian Corporate Governance Code and international compliance standards.

**Responsibilities**:
You are the point of contact for ongoing relations with investors

You provide input for IR website and corporate/press releases

You drive the annual report, quarterly reports, corporate governance report, non-financial report

You create and deliver Investor presentations

You provide continuous improvement to financial reporting

**Profile**:
You have a commercial background or a degree, e.g. in Finance or Business Administration

You have at least 2 years of experience in investor relations

Willingness to learn and interest for analytics and business processes

You enjoy dealing with many stakeholders on an international level

Enjoying to work in an international team

Excellent oral and written English and German skills
