**Your Responsibilities**

Investor Relations (IR):

- Support ongoing relations with investors, including roadshows, investors conferences and investors’ days
- Manage process in creating annual report, quarterly reports, corporate governance report and remuneration report
- Support organization of the General Assembly and other stakeholder events
- Take administrative tasks in the areas of IR and ESG
- Provide input for corporate / ad-hoc releases and other publications
- Coordinate internal and external project partners
- Maintain and further develop IR website and investor presentation
- Draw-up analyst consensus and run financial calendar
- Prepare audit and remuneration committee meetings

ESG:

- Manage process in creating jointly non-financial / sustainability report
- Further develop ESG reporting in line with best practices and adjustments to legal and other regulatory requirements
- Support coordination with auditor in audit process
- Act as internal interface for coordination and contact person and for all ESG reporting topics

**Your Profile**
- University degree or comparable education in a field related to capital market communications
- Over 3 years of experience in a Investor Relations and/or ESG role
- Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking, affinity to numbers
- Knowledge in requirements and standards, especially in ESG reporting
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal proficiency
